Customization
✧ As all earrings are made to order, you can customize your earrings to your liking, for FREE!! Just leave me an order note in your cart BEFORE you check out to let me know if you'd like your earrings to look different than the pictures!
✧ OPTION 1: Gold or silver?
✧ OPTION 2: How do you want the earring to hang from your ear? By standard fish hook, ball stud, hoop (small, medium, or large), huggie, or clip-on?
✧ OPTION 3: Prefer a different color for the clay portions of your earring? Just find another on my site that's close to what you'd like and let me know!
✧ P.S. If you forget to leave an order note simply send me a message via the contact form and share your desires with me, along with your order number!
Shipping
✧ US Orders: I will pay the shipping cost on all US orders over $50, while orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.95.
✧ International Orders: For the time being, I do not offer international shipping on my website, (while I figure out the laws associated). Please visit my Etsy to make an international purchase, thank you!
✧ I will package and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to one week for order processing depending on how busy I am. And please keep in mind that I am a one woman operation, (with chronic pain).

Returns & Refunds
✧ As all my products are made to order, I will not be accepting returns.
✧ I will send you a replacement for damaged items, (with proof).
✧ If you need to make a return because of a mistake I made, I will happily pay for the return shipping.

Delivery

get my order?
✧ I will package and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to one week for order processing depending on how busy I am. And please keep in mind that I am a one-woman operation (with chronic pain).
✧ After that it's all in the mail system's hands!
2. Where will my order ship from?
✧ All order’s will be coming straight from my home in Oregon, packed
with care by my very own two hands ;)
3. Will I be charged customs for my order?
✧ Additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.
This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
4. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
✧ Before getting in touch with me, help me out by doing the following:
➞ Track your package by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email
➞ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
➞ Ask your local post office if they have your package
➞ Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
✧ If your package is marked as delivered (and the shipping address you provided was) get in touch with me right away via the contact tab (and please make sure to include your order number in
your message).
